Importance of Natural Liver Cleansing and Health Benefits

You can select a particular day for cleansing of liver and on that day be particular to take fat less or fruit diet. On that day strictly avoid taking medicine. After the first course of liver cleansing, don’t take any food up to 3-4 hours. Prepare for servings by mixing 3 cups of fresh grapefruit juice with 4 tablespoons of Epsom salt. You can drink the first serving in the afternoon and the next serving after two hours.

Squeeze out half cup of fresh juice with a grapefruit and remove the pulp. Add a cup of olive oil to at least half cup of this fresh grapefruit juice. Drink this mixture after mixing it properly and go to bed immediately.

Next morning take the third serving of the Epsom salt mixture and after two hours take the fourth serving. After two hours, you can get to your normal diet.
